DANCERS STUDIO STAGE OF STARS SUMMER SHOWCASE

PARTICIPATION CONTRACT 

Dancers Studio is thrilled to announce our 2025 Summer Showcase! Get ready for your dancer to show off their talents and training with an amazing summer performance at the prestigious UCR University theater.   

Participants must be available for Saturday Rehearsals.

  In-studio June 7th & 14th  |  11-12 noon  |  Ages 7 & Up       *Groups ages 3-6 will practice in their regular scheduled classes.  

Saturday Studio Rehearsals: Morning rehearsals are mandatory, If you are unable to attend a rehearsal please contact the studio in advance. 

Showtime: June 21, 2025, 3:00pm at UCR Theater, Doors open at 2:30pm

• Show Call Times:   Ages 7-18   12:30-4:00 pm   & Ages 3-6   2:00-4:00 pm 

Student drop off/check-in is at the side door on the right side of the theater. -Please do NOT enter through the theater's main doors or lobby.

• “Show Ready”- Hair & makeup done  *Hair scrunchie / Tights 

Dancers arrive in costume with all accessories and personal belongings in a box. All items brought to the theater must be labeled with Dancer’s name or initial. Dancer Studio or UCR Theaters is NOT responsible for lost valuables. NO Food. Only bring water to the theater, Please eat before arriving.

If a costume or accessory is lost before the showcase the participant or their guardian will be responsible for the replacement cost.

DANCERS & PARENTS What You Need to Know:

Tickets: Tickets will be sold In-Studio during certain scheduled times. Show tickets are sold through UCR, a special QR code will be announced with a link to purchase soon. Tickets are $20 each. 

Participation Fee Amount: Ages 7-18  $200   &    Ages 3-6  $140

• Deposit Due Before Date: March 8th  

• Remaining Balance Due at costume pickup, Dates will be announced soon.      

• What the Fee Covers:

• Costumes, Choreography, Tights, Rehearsals, Performance Materials   Show Production & Show Day 

Participation in the Summer Showcase requires a commitment to attend all scheduled rehearsals. Consistent attendance is crucial for the success of the show and absences from rehearsals may result in the inability to participate in the show.

About the Venue: Dancers Studio Summer Show will take place at the prestigious University Theatre, UC Riverside! The University Theatre is renowned for its excellent facilities and is an ideal setting for our holiday show. We are honored to be performing in such a distinguished space and look forward to sharing this special evening with our community.

Behavior and Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude during rehearsals and the performance. Any behavior that disrupts the group or affects the show’s success may result in removal from the event.

Stay Updated: Photographs and videos may be taken of your child during classes, rehearsals, performances, or other studio-related activities. These images may be used on social media platforms, the studio’s website, and other promotional materials.
