Student drop off/check-in is the side door on the right side of the theater.                                              

Please do NOT enter through the theater's main doors or lobby.

DANCERS & PARENTS What You Need to Know:

  • Class Attendance: Students will learn the majority of their routines during their regular weekly classes. Group rehearsals will focus on practicing transitions and running the full show in performance order. Consistent attendance is required throughout the show season. Recurring absences may result in removal from the show

  • Tickets: will be sold online by UCR, A special QR code or link will be provided. Information on ticket sales and pricing will be announced soon.  

  • Costumes: Participants will be provided with costumes and props as part of the participation fee. All costumes are property of Dancers Studio.You are responsible for returning all costume pieces and accessories. If a costume or accessory is lost or not returned, the participant or their guardian will be liable for the replacement cost.

Saturday Rehearsals: Saturday morning rehearsals are Mandatory during Nov. & Dec. if you are unable to attend a rehearsal please contact the studio in advance.

About the Venue: Dancers Studio Christmas Show will take place at the prestigious University Theatre, UC Riverside! The University Theatre is renowned for its excellent facilities and is an ideal setting for our holiday show. We are honored to be performing in such a distinguished space and look forward to sharing this special evening with our community.

Participation Fee Amount:       

Ages 3-6 -------- $100            

Ages 7-18 -------- $125

  • Due Before Date: September 19th

  • What the Fee Covers: Costume maintenance, Saturday Rehearsals, Theater Rehearsals,       Performance Materials, Show Production, Choreography & Music. 

Participation in the Christmas Show requires a commitment to attend all scheduled rehearsals and performances. Consistent attendance is crucial for the success of the show and for maintaining group cohesion. Absences from rehearsals may result in the inability to participate in the show. Please email dancerstudioriverside@gmail.com if the dancer will be absent from any classes or show rehearsals.

Behavior and Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude during rehearsals and the performance. Any behavior that disrupts the group or affects the show’s success may result in removal from the event.

Stay Updated:Photographs and videos may be taken of your child during classes, rehearsals, performances, or other studio-related activities. These images may be used on social media platforms, the studio’s website, and other promotional materials.
